50% chance YOU will die from this

I know what its like to feel invincible.

I know that feeling, which says… “that will
NEVER happen to me.”

I can also tell you that this attitude is even
more destructive that the think your think you
can avoid.

It is pure arrogance, and leads to poor decision-
making.

I have personally fallen victim to, and felt the
pain, of such a mindset in my life through various
injures and sicknesses.

NO ONE is exempt.

It’s time to “grow up”, and think about these things.

Here is something to think about….

Cancer now consumes our lives. 1 in 2 men
and 1 in 3 will succumb to this “preventable”
disease in their lifetimes.

I hope you NEVER have to deal with it but
chances are you probably already have – directly
or indirectly.

And in spite of the BILLIONS of dollars that
are raised each year to “fight cancer” we have
made almost NO progress in the last 30 years,
according to the National Center for Health
Statistics.

It’s no wonder that terminally ill cancer patients
are turning to alternative and integrative treatments
across the country and seeing unbelievable
outcomes. (my sister works at a place like this)

And guess what all of these alternatives have in
common?

They all use detoxification as the fundamental
component to their healing protocols.

And this makes sense since disease is a problem
of toxicity.

That’s why I heavily recommend Yuri Elkaim’s
Total Wellness Cleanse program.

Even if you don’t have cancer, this is the type
of detoxification program that can help you fend
off the Big C for life.

After all, cancer is more than 40% determined by
your lifestyle.

One of the reasons that the Total Wellness Cleanse
is so effective at restoring your health is because
it’s based on using real food to “clean” your body.

And today, I want to share one of the most powerful
foods (used extensively in the program) which
have been scientifically proven to prevent cancer.

Researchers have feverishly investigated the
effects of BERRIES on human health.

Some of the known cancer-preventive agents
present in berries include vitamins A, C, and E
and folic acid; calcium and selenium;
beta-carotene, alpha-carotene, and lutein;
phytosterols such as beta-sitosterol and
stigmasterol; triterpene esters; and phenolic
molecules such as anthocyanins, flavonols,
proanthocyanidins, ellagitannins, and phenolic
acids.

Berries contain high levels of a diverse range of
phytochemicals, most of which are antioxidant
molecules.

If you’re not familiar with the majority of these
compounds then don’t worry. They are all more or
less different types of antioxidants.

That berries exhibit potent antioxidative properties
is widely accepted, but their biological
properties extend beyond antioxidation.

In fact, berries also exhibit anti-inflammatory
properties, are able to inhibit abnormal cell
growth, modulate cell cycle arrest, and
induce apoptosis (programmed cell death) in
cancer cells with little or no negative effects
to normal cells.

These traits make berries an awesome addition to
any health-minded diet.

And brand new research in the Journal of
Pharmaceutial and Biomedical Analysis has revealed
that the degree of cancer cell growth inhibition is
directly related to the level of antioxidants in the berries.

Specifically, they found that blueberries and raspberries
were 90-100% effective in quenching free radical damage
and stopping cell growth in cancerous colon cells!

So go ahead… eat some more berries.

An earlier 2006 study in the Journal of
Agricultural and Food Chemistry also showed that
blackberry, black raspberry, blueberry,
cranberry, red raspberry, and strawberries
inhibit the growth of oral, breast, colon,
and prostate cancer cells.

So it goes without saying that berries are a
blessing. As a rule of thumb, any food (or berry)
that has a deep colourful hue will most likely be
a high source of antioxidants.

The key is to incorporate a wide variety of different
colours in order to benefit from all their respective
antioxidant properties.

Add berries to your smoothies, to your morning
cereal and salads, or enjoy them on their own.

Here’s a berry-licious recipe to get your taste
buds started, courtesy of Yuri and his Total
Wellness Cleanse program.
