    Good one Elliott! You have done more in this short video to help people get rid of their protruding gut than all the diets and doctors put together. I doubt the average person will understand just how important what you just gave them, is. Most people can get away with bad habits till they reach about about 40 years old but, it will catch up with them sooner or later.

    For flat abs you reckon avoid oats,wheat,Rice(brown dont know). all gluten’s.
    Ok so could you please tell me wht i can eat? im really working out for abs i need results at least for flat abs, wht should i eat.
