I have never used steroids and I NEVER advise my athletes to get involved with steroids.
I will reserve my opinion about steroid use here, but the simple fact is that I had just never needed them.
Besides the fact that we great strength gains by training hard, eating STRONG foods, periodizing de-load and rest time…

Great info man. I am currently taking magnesium glycinate at 1 gram before bed, as well as ashwagandha. Sleeping like a baby for 8-9 hours straight. But I’m still not as big as you.

There is actually an article by Dr. William Campbell Douglass that says how eating a ton of eggs, steak, bacon grease, and all those fatty foods can actually help you not get cancer.

@Justin - when you eat complex carbs like Brown Rice, your endocrine system responds by releasing an hormone called Insulin Like Growth Factor or IGF-1 … I don’t know exactly how this works, but it gets you BIG and STRONG!
