FIRST assignment for 2013

If you are anything like me, you take every opportunity
you’re offered to restart your journey…

…with a “clean slate”!

When you give yourself permission to wash away the old,
unresourceful habits, ideas and behaviors that have encrusted
themselves into your character… it is like you’re being born

Take this chance to leg go of crap that doesn’t serve you,
and look for new, stronger, ways to adopt.

For example….

In 2011 (one year ago) I decided to drop the old habit of
focusing mainly on the building of strength…

…and I chose to adopt the practice to regular deep breathing,
stretching and bioenergetics in order to build “softer strength”
in my body. — I call this “Energetic Strength” as a part of my
Strengthology model.

Now, as we approach 2013 I am committed to taking several
actionable steps towards further strengthening my digestive
and endocrine system…. or Physiological Strength in the
Strengthology model.

In the next few weeks I will be sharing some of my new ideas
and action steps for developing Physiological Strength.

I will introduce you to some of my partners, friends and mentors
in the fields of functional medicine, holistic heath and Chinese

Today, I would like to introduce you to my brother, Eric Hulse
by sharing an article hes written for us all about The
Foundations of Physiological Strength.
