Big Arm Workout

If you are completely honest with yourself you’ve got to consider that a large part of the motivation for your athletes to train is the gain of aesthetic qualities… basically, a more attractive body.

Namely BIGGER Arms and Chest Muscles!

When Suzi, Sally and Sheronda take notice of Steven’s bigger guns… you won’t be able to keep him out of the gym!!

Check out this sick SUPER GUNS workout:

My friend Doberman Dan sent me an Arm Specialization Program today called, “31 Days To Bigger Arms”.   Give it a shot and let me know what you think.

Here’s the download link ==>http://www.hypermusclegrowth.com/31days2.pdf

Why is this guy Dan giving out so much free stuff lately?

It’s because his NEW Hyper Growth Muscle Mass Training Program went live yesterday and he wants you to see that his stuff is for real!

He’s still offering the system at a huge discount through Saturday May 9th.

The only way to buy it before it goes live to the public is by visiting this Pre-Sale link:

  1. I’ve been saying the same things for years. Curls and pushdowns won’t help you much on the field, but everyone loves doing them. Plus they can intimidate your opponent. That right there makes them worth doing. And nothing sucks worse than a gym full of unhappy guys that you aren’t allowing to get a pump. Gotta give the guns some love and keep everybody happy. Like I always say, it’s optimal versus reality.

    I agree. Same goes with powerlifting. Some hammer curls will help stabilize the bench on the way down but other than that they are pretty useless for powerlifting.

    But like Jay said above…you gotta love the intimidation factor they bring the meet and field!

    Nice post Elliott.

  3. Intimidation factor, spot on. Think that’s why most guys focus so much on biceps and chest.
    One functional bicep exercise that gets me is Close Grip Chin Ups. Love this, used to do plenty. It’s rarely talked about and I hardly see guys at the gym doing it… yet I consider it a functional strength builder. Ain’t no joke, especially when adding weights through a waist belt.
    Mark Martinez,
    Is the hypergain creatine effect for real?
