The Bodybuilder’s Paradox

Have you ever head the mantra “the harder you work, the
less you earn.”?

In almost every endeavor there is a strange phenomenon
called The Point Of Diminishing Returns.

It seems like you’re training harder than ever, your diet is
as perfect as possible and you’re spending ever-more time
in the gym…

…yet, your results suck!

If you’ve been training for longer than a few years, you
know EXACTLY what I am talking about.

I call this The Bodybuilder’s Paradox.

The great thing about this problem is that it can be fixed
by focusing less on “hard work” and more on “Physiological
Strength.”

Things like lifestyle choices to support anabolic hormone
production fall into this category.

Here is part 2 of the Physiological Strength article series
that my brother Eric has created for our Strengthology
Blog.

SMART athletes, bodybuilders and strength trainers heed the
kind of advice in this article.

In fact, tomorrow I am going to introduce you to a man that
I believe is one of the smartest pro bodybuilders I have ever
met.

This dude is not only smart about physiological strength, he
is HUGE, RIPPED and placed high in last years Arnold
Classic.

More tomorrow :)

But for now….

Grow Stronger,
