Thanks Elliot. I have had tight traps and pecks for a long time and had a "tortoise shell" back... Not any more!! The technique you present here has fixed that. I'm standing straighter, more upright instead of hunching. my back is stronger and no more tightness or soreness in shoulders/traps/neck region. combined with stretches for the hip flexors, my posture has improved markedly, and I'm freely moving and am stronger. I FEEL more capable too.

"Moving your body through space means greater muscle fiber activation and greater functional strength." Agree, awesome concept. My favorites (before my shoulder injury) used to be pull-ups and dips - both weighted. And results definitely showed. At one point I kind'a slacked off and only did weighted pull-ups and nothing else for my back... dude, the v-shape got massive.
Mark Martinez,
Testing out <a href="http://www.creatinepowderonline.com/tag/hypergain" rel="nofollow">hypergain</a> like the energizer bunny

hello elliot thanks for this i actually have overdeveloped traps and weak scapular adductors and my back isnt to hunch back maybe like about 30% but now i do get why you believe front squats are better to improve posture then back squats, i have done front squats in the past i can feel them in my legs and upper body then i do with back squats
