Dumbbell Military Press - Shoulders/Chest exercise

Equipment: Dumbells

Mechanics Type: Compound



Preparation:
Position dumbbells to each side of shoulders with elbows below wrists.

Execution:
Press dumbbells until arms are extended overhead. Lower and repeat.
