Other Muscles Worked: Triceps, Shoulders, chest
Equipment: Dumbells
Mechanics Type: Compound
Preparation:
Position dumbbells to each side of shoulders with elbows below wrists.
Execution:
Press dumbbells until arms are extended overhead. Lower and repeat.
