FIRE in your belly!
One of my favorite motivational short stories is called
“The Prince Of 5 Weapons And Sticky Hair”
In this story the prince is met by a monster in the forest,
the monster wants to eat him.
So The Prince of 5 Weapons begins pulling out each of
his weapons only for each to be defeated by the monster.
Then when the monster is just about to eat the prince, the
prince says something like….
“In my belly is my secret weapon, a diamond weapon you
cannot digest. It will cut your intestines into pieces if you are
foolish enough to swallow me. So if I die – you die! That’s
why I’m not afraid of you.”
The monster is shocked at the ATTITUDE of this wild-eyed
prince! So he decides to let him go and the prince began to
teach him his secret 5 training steps method.
Yesterday I spoke with you about POWER! And I promised
to show you the foundational steps for creating it.
STEP #1 – Develop A “Fire In The Belly Attitude”
Click Here to see a short video that will be sure to stoke that
fire.
What you will also find is something similar to the princes training
methods… especially with regard to physical strength and muscle.

PS – tomorrow I will be back with Step #2. This is the first and most
important step for building your physical foundation.
Until then….

Yo Elliot! I apologize but this is completely off topic. My questions is about back injuries and leg injuries with deadlifts and squats. So I’m 16 years old, and was improperly taught how to squat and do deadlifts by some kids who I used to train with, and now I have bad back pain in my mid back, I also had a torn piece of cartilage in both knees. Thankfully my knees are healing without surgery, but my back’s in a bit of pain even as I’m typing this. My question is how do I promote faster cartilage growth, and how do I heal a dislodged disc in my spine?

Yo Elliot!
I was very amazed when i saw how our nervous system works and a kept researching diferent stuff. But i was wondering….back when we had to hunt our food by chasing diferent animals and travel long distances by foot …there were men who were in perfect (or almost perfect) physical balance (catabolic/anabolic). SO i started to wonder if running is one of the tools i can use to strengthen these nervous connections or so called “chakras” . Running stimulates the roots by working the legs and from the impact of our feet with the ground . It also stimultares the solar plexus because while you run you have to remain balanced so your core has a nice workout and also because you have to breathe a lot in order to supply your muscles with oxygen . The cardiac plexus is also stimulated because of the work your heart has to do . Another thing that i found from John J. Ratey’s book “Spark” where it says that cardiovascular activity releases the tension from your muscles , thus the tension that some people have in the chest muscles and neck muscles .
I look forward to your opinion! Thank you !
