First Steps
Hey we’ve all got to start somewhere… right?
Like when I first started Strength Camp, most all of my training equipment was either found in the trash or I made it.

Well, yesterday was a BIG day for my family…
As you know, I have 3 daughters… the youngest, Simone is only 14 months old.
She still drools all over her chin, crawls and, mommy nurses her.
But last night as soon as I walked through the door after leaving my gym… she came RUNNING up to me with the biggest smile ever!
Check out her very first steps:

“Fundamentals” — yea man, for sure… we haven’t forced any of our girls to walk. Only when the begin to show an interest in it do we VERY slightly encourage them
Several psychological, spiritual and physical developmental stages are missed when kids are forced into an upright position before they are ripe.
You’re The Man Spida!

Great vid Elliot… thanks for that! Our daughter Kaitlyn just took her first steps on her own last week and I couldn’t believe how proud it made me feel. You’re a lucky guy with so much family around you! Big props from the Great White North.
