Here’s what you were missing…

If you think that you need a fancy gym with tons of expensive equipment to get Super Strong and Fast for Football – you haven’t been paying attention!

You see, I train football players in my warehouse gym with nothing more than a few barbells and some homemade equipment.

Below you will find a video of Hunter Thomason – a Sophomore at St. Petersburg High. Hunter came to Strength Camp in March of this year. He weighed about 195 lbs. and could barely do a single chin up. Today, 5 months later Hunter weighs 234 lbs. (thats almost 40 lbs !!!!) and is getting ready to kick ass this season.

We followed the exact system outlined in my Football Strength System to get this kid BIGGER, FASTER & STRONGER. – All we had was a plan, a few tools and a shit load of ATTITUDE!

Check him out:

  2. I started working out in a gym for about 1 month only, i am now 15, weight 55kg, the trainer told me that i have to train muscle endurance before i train explosive power, is that right? does that mean that i have to do about 30 reps for every set? I’m confused.
i play basketball, do your exercises help too?

a good rep range for you would be 8-15. 30 is WAY too much!
