MUSCLE VIRUSES and how to kill them…
I often use the term Muscle Virus to describe common
muscular imbalances.
The reason I call them VIRUSES is because they easily
spread from one part of the body to the other….
In fact they have the ability to be transferred from one
person to another!! (more on this phenomenon later)
Anyway… before I pack up and take my tribe out on this
beautiful 70 degree day in Florida, I wanted to share three
important things with you.
#1. Later this week I will be reopening STRENGTHOLOGY
101 to new students.
If you suspect that you have Muscle Viruses, then this course
will teach you how to identify them and correct them.
If you are a coach, then this will give you the power to kill
these viruses in your clients and athletes also.
#2. As much as I love creating videos like the one below for
my fans on YouTube, I will be making far less of them in the
coming months.
Most of my attention and efforts will be going to working with

#3. Muscle Viruses often present themselves as poor posture.
