Elliott Hulse’s Personal Development Secrets

I’d love to sit here and tell you…

That I always knew exactly what I was going to be when I grew up.

That I have never been depressed about my life.

That I have never stayed up at night worrying about the future.

But the truth is that even today I meditate on my life, my motives, my mission, my values and my future.

About 5 years ago, when I was lost and depressed I developed a tool to keep me focused on personal development.

For the first time ever, I am revealing the secret words that changed my life.

This is a great video today Elliot. My number one goal this year is to come even closer to maximizing my potential. But I am also walking on to the University of Iowa, and I am working hard towards impressing them at the Walk-on Tryouts which determines if you make the team. With those being my number one goals, I would just like to increase my knowledge of Strength and Conditioning.

I actually am in that same place right now. I know the things that interest me and that Im passionate about, I just am having a hard time transfering them over into an occupation that pays well. I know I need to finish college. I just dont want to be one of those people that pays for 4 yrs of school only to graduate and still not know where they are going. Anyway, my goal for 2009 is to make myself stronger and faster then I have ever been. I want to work hard and dig out that potential that I know is in me. I also want to do things which help me at least narrow down my options as far as what to go to school for, and what I would like to do ultimately. Thanks for the thoughts and ideas Elliot. And I would say your goal for marketing that you mentioned is definatley working because I do crave the information you give. Thanks again.

  4. Zach I am a huge Hawkeye fan…graduated from the University of Iowa in 94′. Are you walking on for football? I assume that you are. You will love Coach Kirk Ferentz and his staff. Coach Doyle is a very well respected strength and conditioning coach. You work hard and you will be rewarded…they love their walkons. Big game on New Year’s day as the Hawks do battle with South Carolina in the Ouback Bowl on ESPN at 11:00 EST. I hope to see you run out of that Kinick Stadium tunnel and onto the field. Good luck Zach.

    Hey Elliot,
Great word today! My number one goal for 2009 is to continue to provide cost-effective ways for people to reach their fitness goals and at the same time, keeping my business profitable.
The next thing I’d like to see in ‘09, is national tour of the Gridiron Strongman Clinic!!

Everytime I watch your videos it is exactly what I need to keep moving forward and to stay motivated. Ever since I tore my ACL I have been in a world of doubt. Days go by where I think that I will never be able to play football again or be as good as I once was. Your guidance is very motivating for me to never give up. Its hard to stay focus but never lose faith. Thank you once again

Elliot my man. Great post. I have a million thoughts and and not sure where to begin. I know I am on the same track in wanting to add more and enrich peoples lives. I love your PPFB acronym.
I would write more but I am about to watch your video again and just ponder a few thoughts.
PPFB simple yet genius and creates clarity.
