Prowler Pushing: Conditioning Exercise

Getting in “playing shape” has never been more fun! Known for it’s notorious reputation of making it’s participants puke, The Prowler has an incredible capacity to improve cardio-pulmonary endurance. This is one of the best conditioning exercises for athletes who participate in “short-interval” sports such as baseball and football. I also include this exercise in the conditioning sessions for my Men’s Fitness Boot Camp members.



Tip: Not only will The Prowler Push get you into great shape, it is an incredible exercise for the quads. Because the recruitment of the quads play such an important role in “Change of Direction” sports such as football, lacrosse and tennis we can safely say that The Prowler will make your faster and quicker too!
