Truth About Sports Nutrition

I have some bad news for you…

If you think that weight training, plyometrics, strongman, cardio, agility training… or any form of exercise training programs or system are going make you, your children or your athletes more fit and better able to handle the rigors of sport and labor - YOU ARE DEAD WRONG!

If you have ever read my Gridiron Strongman System or Unleash Your Primal Edge you have see the pictures of Native American, Africans and Eskimos children that follow the diet I recommend in my programs.

These “native” populations and peoples exhibit exceptional health, strength and a rugged disposition.  They also ate foods that today are labeled as “unsafe” or “unhealthy”.  Things such as butter, egg yolks and whole milk were a staple in their vibrant and vital lives.

Today we have displaced these highly nourishing foods upon the advice of sick, sad and stupid doctors and dictocrats who would rather “push pills” on you than to take a deep look into your yellow and sickly eyes.

The information in this video is what will make your children stronger, but it ALSO contains a hard pill to swallow.

PS- if you are ready to adopt a diet that will help you, your family and, your athletes to develop rock solid bones, healthy organs and a vitality you may want to review the nutrition chapters in either… The Gridiron Strongman System or Unleash Your Primal Edge

PSS – Please do me a HUGE favor…. pass this on to all of your family and friends who have children, this is vital information!  – also post your thoughts on this video in the comments section below.  Thanks!

  3. wow dude, very interesting, sounds like a day in the eating of a farmer’s family.

I still work in the schools, and I check on kids’ lunch boxes, and I find:

    - snack bars
    - juice cups
    - fruit roll ups
    - danish rolls

there are barely ever sandiwches inside, no fruits, it’s horrible!

Dude, I have kids in 3rd grade in the 150-175 lb range!

I am pushing to bring the older days of physical education, aka, physical culture to my own gym – where kids used gymnastics, movement, track & field movements and became fit through PLAYING

today, ask parents in my area if the kids get exercise, the answer is NO, it’s too cold

well, from november through march totals a solid 5 months or so of cold weather, and NO activity!!!

WTF!!! This is damn near 1/2 a year w/no activity

    Yes, lots of medicated kids

    Yes, LOTS of asthma!!!

The difference between going outside in winter aand summer is what you wear, just bundle up!

I never stayed inside, I was out all winter, sspring, summer and fall

thank goodness my parents always had me outside

This is bad dude and this is why we need to not just focus on the high school crew, but maybe offer groups for youth

it’s not just a necessity, but I believe it is a obligation we have

great video, and really struck a nerve on me bro

    thanks EH!

  4. I’m in agreement with you on this one. The whole cholesterol scare tactic bullcrap we’ve been hearing…it now turns out it’s really just all the sugar we eat along with cholesterol containing foods that make them so bad. By themselves, fatty animal products aren’t anything to worry about, just like the video says! Thanks for posting this E.
