Stone Lifting for speed, strength & power!
I often argue that “loading exercises” are just as good or better for building power in athletes than Olympic lifts.
I also believe that “Psychology is more important that Physiology”. Basically, it is better to train HARD with an okay program or exercise rather than training soft using a “scientifically sound” program.
Nothing builds size, strength and speed – coupled with a heavy dose of ATTITUDE than Stone Loading.
Check my buddy Carols and I training with this hard core Strongman exercise.

Hi
Mr. Hulse,
I’m curious as to what Carlos does in terms ofbodybulding training as well as diet? I know that doesn’t exactly have anything to do with the video but I was wondering. Is there anyway of contacting him through email?

i have a 260 lb stone, way too heavy for what you just did, or, maybe I’m just too damn weak!
I need a lighter stone and would love to rock the density work you just did for high reps.

Hey Kevin
Carlos eats everything. I’ve never seen a 200lb’er that eats like that dude does.

Please, if you could, it would be awesome to know what the proper diet is for a teen. You know like certain foods like your uncle gave you.
