Strength Camp Clinic 2009 Highlights
Below are the highlights from this weekends Strength Camp Clinic. The video includes Strongman Exercises such as Keg Carries, Stone Loading, Farmers Carries, Tire Flips, etc.
We had a great time and kicked ass for 2, 2 hour sessions interceded by some BBQ and Gatorade. After the clinic we washed up and got ready for my birthday party… there are a few clips at the end of the video with me and a couple Strength Camp members laughing, dancing and telling jokes.
Good times! — Don’t worry I’ll invite you to the next one

Elliot,
I don’t know if this message will go through or not…I’m not such an internet/facebook/website guy, but I wanted to reach out to you… You know who this is…this is your quarterback. I wanna tell you that our weekend down in St. Pete with you…training with you…bs’g about old times…seein’ your wife and kids…seein’ what you’re doin’ for yourself and the athletes and ambitious people around you is impressive(is I had to choose one word). We haven’t stopped talkin’ about is since we got back. You’re brilliant at what you do. We’re comin’ back…with more people. I know people down in Tampa that coach football…I’ll send them your way. Dude…the workouts were unbelievable. I’m more than flattered to be in one of the pictures on the front of your website…really. I still don’t know how I got that 225 pound cement ball up on that ledge, but I guess it was just adrenaline along with my surroundings…namely YOU and the other guys that were sweatin’ it out with us. I honestly can’t put into words how great of a time we had. Like I said, we’re STILL talkin’ about it and will be for a while. The scabs on my arms are almost gone, but I kinda wish they’d stay there…haha. I wish I could see that big silly smile of yours more often, but it is what it is Bro. Keep doin’ your thang! Hopefully, I’ll see you for the next steak dinner, which is comin’ up. We should do a highlight film!!! That would be awesome! Aight Dude…shake it easy. Talk soon! “I ain’t lookin’…” HAHA!
