Great stuff. I am a football coach that is looking for new ways to get the kids stronger. I have seen great new things to try from your videos. I would like to see how I could implement some of the strongman training in a tradition weight room setting with a very limited budget. Thanks and keep working.

Tutorial On:

1) Basic nutrition
2) Your thoughts on building the V and/ or X Frame physique wise
3) I'm curious as to why you've never mentioned doing any sort of "bodybuilding contest"
4) Your thoughts on why Old school weightlifting produces better results then todays weight training.
5)What do you find to be the best set up in terms of the amount of days trained ex. 3 days, 4 Days, etc. or twice a day training

@ Tom - thanks buddy! you are the man... i gotta do an interview with you about how you kick ass at strength camp just out of shoulder surgery!!! keep rockin'

@ Justin - what you are looking for can be achieved by a few ways

1. play more football ;) like the old saying goes "the only way to get better at football is to play football. all the time spent in the gym
will transfer only if you go out an use it.

2. use more 'reactive' drills... like sprinting jumping or changing direction on sounds or visual cues.

@ Tommy D - thanks dude! yea, i gained like 50 lbs since you last say me ;)... check out some of my older posts.

@ Alex - who needs to study when you are JACKED!?

@ Donnie - we gotta put an ass on ya! ;)

EVERYONE - thanks for the feedback... i'll be using it for the upcomming tutorials.
