How To Get Super Strong & Fast at the SAME TIME
When I was 14 years old my uncle taught me how to weight train for football using mostly Power Lifting and Body Building… this helped me get super strong and packed several pounds of muscle mass on my skinny frame.
In college I learned about plyometrics or jump training.
A few years ago my friend Tom Mitchell taught me how to train for Strongman.
