I’ve Been Totally Exposed!

In late August of this year (2008) I decided to completely expose myself, my training methods, my lifestyle, my daily life and my business to you and everyone else in the world that has access to the Internet.

It was my intention to open all reasonable lines of communication between you and I so that -

First, you can tell me exactly what you want AND need to improve your health, increase strength and maximize sports performance.

Second, I’ve used this blog and a few other methods mentioned below as a means by which to distribute this information and support you with all that I currently know and believe to be right and true.

If you haven’t noticed yet… I am amongst one of the only coaches, trainers or business owners on the Internet (or anywhere perhaps) that has embraced a GIVING rather than TAKING approach to serving you with high quality health, strength and fitness information.

Here are just a few of the several ways for you to connect with me:

*** When you’ve purchased a copy of my Gridiron Strongman football training system… I personally called you ON THE PHONE to thank you for your purchase and for joining my GS DVD of the month membership.

*** When you create a free Facebook account make sure that you find me, and “friend me”… click here – I answer questions, messages, wall posts and inquiries on this website everyday.  Also, I have created a Gridiron Strongman Facebook group where over 350 other coaches, clients, trainees, athletes and parents have asked and answered over 100 questions since it’s inception only 3 weeks ago! – click here

*** If you join the other savvy coaches, athletes, parents and fitness seekers who are attending my first Gridiron Strongman Clinic, you will get a chance to work with me personally as we design the perfect Strongman Training program for your sports performance or fitness goals.  (You’ll also get a chance to check out my gym, ask my personal questions and maybe even share a pitcher of beer with me ;) )

Since it’s the holiday season I felt it necessary to reflect on all of the ways that I am serving you… my viewers, customers, clients and fans.

I also want to ensure that we are aiming in the right direction as I reconstruct our MISSION for 2009… a big part of what I aim to do (with your support) is to -

“Bring the benefits of REAL functional exercise, health, strength and nutrition to the world via old-school strongman training and nourishing traditions, so that all who desire to will be empowered to live a long, strong and powerful life filled with joy and achievement.”

This is just a start and am looking for some serious feedback from you…

Look who is stalking me…

You know how much I value the practice of Keeping A Training Journal and Tracking Results.

We’ll unlike many of the so-called sports and fitness gurus on the internet… I practice what I preach.  Yep, I still keep a training journal just like the one that I showed you a few weeks ago in my video.

So, in order to create accountability for myself and to keep you motivated to establish and maintain your very own training journal.  I am OPENING THE BOOKS of my strength and conditioning training journal for you to see EXACTLY how I train.

You’ll be surprised to see that I train the exact way that I teach you, my Strength Camp members and in Football Strength Program how to train.  As they say, “What’s good for the goose…”
