What does Tom Brady need to know?

When an athlete puts in all the hard work, blood, sweat and tears - only to sustain a season ending injury during first game of the season… what the heck does he do??

GET BACK TO WORK and begin training for next season!!

Check out this video of one high school football player who is returning to Strength Camp after a season ending injury.

Step by painful step, we’ll get Draydon back into playing shape and make him bigger, stronger, faster and more injury resistant for next season.
