    Excellent interview! Lot’s of useful and helpful info. Thanks. since watching your videos and listening to conversations like this one; my posture has improved a lot and I even feel stronger! Immediately after stretching my shoulders and neck on either side, I had a feeling of “power” through my shoulders and lats etc. No joke. It’s amazing that just stretching can release the potential of tight muscles. Thanks, and keep it up Elliot.
