Time Management Based On Values
A few weeks ago I sent you a video about my typical weekend, Strongman And His Minivan – that outlined my crazy weekend jam-packed with taking my 3 girls and wife to “Grammy’s” house as well as my Strongman Training, church and grocery shopping.
The e-mails that followed were saturated with queries into my “Super Human ability” to juggle so much with such little time. Folks have been asking me, “Where do I find the time and energy to attack all of my goals and still manage to be a responsible father, husband, athlete and business owner?”

You’re a good dude elliot, with a lot of good stuff to send out. Most business’s and people who do this for a living would not give out so many secrets and good information like you do.
Thanks cuz the weekend with you has made me recommit myself to training and striving to do what I love to do thats lift and train athletes.

Elliot,
What you just said and what I have heard from Matt Kroczaleski are basically the same. Find out what your true priorities and passions are and then do what needs to be done in order to accomplish them. If you want something bad enough, you will always find a way to get it!
By the way, look at the accomplishments and feats of strength you and Matt Kroc have accomplished, utterly amazing… to say the least.
You inspire me.
